PLEASE NOTE:
When you purchase any of the BotDetect license subscriptions the following two things happen:
- You receive a fully functional copy of the BotDetect software. It IS NOT CRIPPLED with any copy protection, time limitation, domain tie, or any other barb. It does not call home, and it does not require any license keys.
- You enter the legal agreement in between you and Captcha, Inc. -- the License -- that gives you the right to use the BotDetect software as long as you comply with the License terms, and your license subscription is active.
If your license subscription ever expires:
- BotDetect WILL NOT STOP WORKING. Full-stop.
- Your licensing status will be 'temporary non-compliant' -- what does not really matter.
- Their support department will remind you kindly to renew your license subscription.
In short:
- There are tens of different reasons why your license payment might not arrive on time, like: credit card expirations (it will happen to almost every one of you every three years), personnel changes, maternity leaves, medical urgencies, vacancies, sick kid, or your organization might simply be temporarily cash-strapped.
- No matter what -- the BotDetect WILL WORK -- it will never ever cripple your website!
